KNIFE

Bottom of the gate wedge is machined to a bevel to shear off the solids during closing.
PACKING CHAMBER
Several lines of braided fiber plus an EPDM O-ring for long life, with an easy access packing gland ensuring a tight seal.
Long-life braided packing is available in different materials.
